This Craftsman home had previously been altered to create self-contained apartments on each floor.  The upper story was redesigned to incorporate extensive energy conserving envelope and mechanical improvements.  A new bathroom and office were introduced. A loft over the stair, considered cabinetry, vaulted ceilings and new finishes reclaimed the poorly configured circulation areas.
